Our Values

We value public policy and government investments that improve health and wellness for our communities. This means we support policies that reduce access to tobacco and vaping products; provide access to the full array of health care services; prioritize equity and diversity; and improve health and wellness through science and support healthy behaviors through prevention, education, support, and access to resources.

Goal One

To improve health outcomes for everyone — to stop the spread of diseases; to help all people live their best lives through healthy starts and healthy lifestyles, so that they may thrive throughout their lifespan.

Goal Two

To elect candidates to public office that are committed to the policy values of public health and to supporting local public health through sustained government investments.

Goal Three

To raise money to help get the pro-public health candidates elected to office. They need us, and we need them.

In doing so, we turn up the volume — the volume of our public health voices.
